• Account information. When you register we collect your name, email address, and authentication details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google rather than a password.
• Workspace content. The teams, goals, tasks, comments, and other content you and your company create in the Service.
• Communications. Information you provide when you contact us for support or send us feedback.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage data. How you interact with the Service, such as pages viewed and features used.
• Device and log data. IP address, browser type, device information, and timestamps.
• Cookies. We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
• To send service-related communications and, where permitted, product updates.

3. AI Features

If your company enables the optional AI teammate, relevant workspace content may be sent to our AI model provider, Anthropic, to generate responses within your workspace. This data is processed to provide the feature and is not used by us to train foundation models. Your use of the AI feature is also subject to the provider's terms and privacy practices.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Within your company. The Service is designed for transparency, so workspace content is visible to other members of your company.
• Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the Service, such as hosting (Supabase), authentication (including Google), payment processing, analytics, and AI processing (Anthropic), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety. When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and row-level access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
