These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TGAfocus (the "Service"), operated by TGAfocus("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
TGAfocusis a team productivity platform organized around Teams, Goals, and Actions. It provides shared workspaces where the members of a company can create teams, set goals, track tasks, and view company-wide progress. The Service may optionally include an AI teammate powered by Anthropic's Claude that can assist your teams; your use of that feature is additionally subject to Section 5.
To use the Service you must create an account. You may register using an email and password or by signing in with a supported third-party provider such as Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and you must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
The Service is built on a model of radical transparency within a company: every member of a company can see every team, goal, and action in that company. You should not store information in the Service that you do not want other members of your company to see. The company's Admin(s) are responsible for managing membership, billing, and invitations.

If your company enables the AI add-on, an AI teammate may generate suggestions, summaries, and other content within your workspace. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it. The AI teammate is always visibly labeled and cannot mark tasks done, change goal status, or manage membership, leadership, or billing. Your use of the AI feature is also subject to the terms of the applicable model provider.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our prices with reasonable prior notice; changes take effect at the start of the next billing period. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your subscription.
You retain all rights in the content you and your team submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, we reserve all rights in the Service.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete Your Content in accordance with our data-retention practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
